The nails: healthier than ever

I do not know if you realize, but the nice manicure is not just a matter of successful polishing. You may be professional manicurists, but if your nails are unhealthy, you will not achieve the effect you pursue.

Like any other part of your body, they need regular care and pampering. For example, here are a few things which are important to them:

1) Never file them with a metal file, we have told you before. It destroys them and affects them very badly. It is more reasonable to shape them with a paper or ceramic one. Thus they will feel much more protected from harmful influences.

2) Some oils and vegetable fats are exceptionally good friends of your manicure – we are referring to mostly the olive oil and essential oil of tea tree. The first can boast with a strong hydrating effect and is relatively easily absorbed by the skin and nails. Dip your fingers from time to time in olive oil for 15-20 minutes and you will enjoy super strong nails. It is better that procedure to be done at least once a week in order to be felt its effect.

As for the tea tree oil, it has antiseptic action, removes the unwanted nail coloring and protects from the appearance of fungal infections. Particularly great friend of your darling nails is the vaseline. You can apply a small amount of it and rub gently with massage movements into the nail plate. The product hydrates and strengthens the nail plates.

3) The feeding, of course is an important part of the caring for your manicure. Your nails like “eating” products rich in protein. But also enjoy the broccoli, onion, garlic, which contain sulfur. That keeps the strength and the health of the nails as well as your whole body.
